Brampton: stats chart of common languages spoken (2011 census)

The 2011 census found that English was spoken as mother tongue by 51.71% of the population. The next most common language was Punjabi, spoken by 17.51% of the population, followed by Urdu at 2.79%, and Portuguese and Gujarati at 2.12% each.
