Bogor - Economy distribution of each sector (Share in GRP in %)

Despite the economical growth, the number of citizens living below the poverty level (defined by not only cash income, but also access to basic social services[72]) is increasing, primarily due to the inflow of poor residents of the surrounding rural areas. In 2009, 17.45% of the population lived below the poverty level, almost twice higher than in 2006 (9.5%)[70] Minimum wage is established by the West Java Governor at 2,658,155 IDR/month.[73]
